Forgotten Content Advisor Password

Run regedit and the browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Ratings

Delete the Key not the Default or the directory.

Exit regedit and reboot
